Exhibitor Registration

As part of your exhibitor confirmation email, you should have received a special code for obtaining your ‘EXHIBITOR’ badges. Please contact jbeck@designingevents.com if you did not receive or have misplaced your code. If you have not already done so, please register as soon as possible to ensure that your badge will be waiting for you upon move-in at the event. YOU MUST HAVE AN ‘EXHIBITOR’ OR ‘SPONSOR’ BADGE TO ENTER THE EXHIBIT HALL DURING MOVE-IN.

To register with a special code: visit www.medi2008.com/registration and enter the special code in the designated field during the registration process. Note: you must select the ‘Exhibit Hall Only’ registration rate for the registration to process correctly with the code. Your ‘EXHIBITOR’ badges will be available for you to pick up at the exhibitor registration desk onsite during move-in.
